Dryland Training Schedule Changes 3rd Week of September

In the 3rd week of September dryland training will change to the Tuesday night intervals and Wednesday night strength format. 
The first Tuesday interval session will be held on September 20th.  Meet at 5:45 p.m. at Quarry View Park for a challenging workout!
Wednesday nights will continue to be held at Fort Boise at 5:45 p.m.
