Bjorn Daehlie Idaho Nordic hats will be available for purchase at our Wednesday night dryland/interval sessions. We have white hats and black hats available. The cost is $25 so bring your check book and sport the best looking ski hat around!

Wednesday Night Intervals until snow flies

We will be doing the interval progression on land until we can get some snow at Bogus. We will meet at Fort Boise on Wednesday’s at 5:45 p.m. where we met for dryland. Morgan Arritola (SVSEF) took a break from the SuperTour this weekend to fly to Ka’a’awa, Hawaii for the Xterra Trail Run World Championships. She earned a free plane ticket and entry into the event by winning the national-level championship this fall in Utah.
