Dryland Interval Change

Just a reminder that starting next week (Sept 7th), dryland will be split up into two nights. Tuesday will be interval night, with Wednesday being strength night. We will meet at the same place (Fort Boise) at the same time (5:45p). Bring poles on interval night.

Jug Mountain Ranch Race Results
