Backwards Boulder Classic Ski Tour. A 30K Classic tour from SNRA to Galena Lodge. or a 15K from Baker Creek.
New for 2011 the Mountain Faries Shutle Van will bring all skiers back to your cars at Baker Creek or the SNRA parking lot. Shuttle fees will be paid by The Perch.
Galena Lodge will offer a special 20% off your lunch plus happy hour beer prices! Code Word “Tiny Dancer”
Please register ahead of time @ the Perch. The Backwards Boulder is free but NVT trail passes are required.

4th Annual Jug Mountain Ranch Race Results

Thank you to all that participated this past weekend at Jug Mountain and special thanks to Gregg Lawley for the always great grooming. The new 2-day event that included Classic racing on Sunday will only make an already great race even better. This event continues to grow and this year had well over 150 participants for the 2 days of racing. Once again McCall’s own Kurt Wolf came away with the win in Saturday’s 20K freestyle race with a large enough margin of victory to also take the 2-day overall award, enjoy the Dead Guy! On the women’s side, congratulations to Idaho Nordic’s Jessica Jensen for an impressive sweep of both races as well as the overall award, nice Job!

Members are to meet in front of the Nordic lodge ready to ski at 9:30am Saturday. A designated leader will take the group through about 30 minutes of drills to warm up and work on technique. After drills the group will break into smaller groups to ski for about an hour.
