2010 Ski Season is not over!

Idaho Nordic skiers the BMT is over! For many this signals the end of the season… Why? Idaho Nordic’s rule of thumb for the end of ski season is when the Bogus Basin Outfitter’s horse apples rise from their frozen tomb to the surface of the ski trail. Swix does not make a wax product for this, so we give up. This will happen, but we still have a several weeks to enjoy winter and a few more nordic events.

3/13 - Boulder Backwards Classic Tour
BBCT is moved to mid-March…. This year we will also do a TIMED event and a halfway start. It all finishes with a big lunch at Galena Lodge and there will be shuttles back down from the Lodge. IDAHO NORDIC SIX PACK SERIES: Coming up on Wednesday evenings, we make this up as we go along so check back to see the schedule.
These races were a highlight last year. You do not have to be the fastest skier to win all of the beer, as proven last year’s champions Jason Dykstra and Paul Jozwick. It was not pretty, but they got the job done.
