Tuesday IN Sessions Over - Now that we are moving to on-snow training we will stop meeting on Tuesdays. The two day training system worked well for fall training and we will continue that formula next fall.
The plan right now is to start our Wednesday on-snow sessions. Wednesday’s will consist of technique, strength, time-trials and the famous interval sessions.
Wednesday IN Session - we will send an email tomorrow if we are going to Bogus on 12/16. If so, we will meet at 6:15 in front of the Nordic Lodge. Bring rock skis! The IN van departs at 5:30 or when full from Highland Valley School. To ride in the van you must be a current member and fork over $2.00.
