BOGUS BASIN CHALLENGE 1 RESULTS Dec 20, 2008
Posted on December 21st, 2008
Idaho Nordic Series Race #1
A great day of racing at Bogus Basin Nordic Center!
Wyatt Fereday of Colby College came home for the holidays to punish the old guys in the 10k. Wyatt is really skiing great and will be exciting to follow his results in the Eastern NCAA Carnivals and National Events. He is officially the undisputed “KING of BOGUS”; which around Boise, Idaho holds a lot of weight (probably not the best line to use on the ladies back at Colby though).
Women’s 10K champ is another outstanding BBNT alumni, Rose Kemp (Queen of Bogus), now a freshman at Utah. She was under pressure from Michelle Jensen (Idaho Nordic/BBNT Mom) in 2nd and BBNT J1, Emma Donohoe in 3rd.
A solid representation for BBNT juniors in the 5k, 2.5k and 1k. There are some good skiers coming out of the BBNT program, keep up the good work.
