Fort Boise Sessions begin in June and go through fall until the snow flies. Led by Joe Jensen and other local elite skiers, these are fun sessions that are becoming infamous for the best workout in town. All levels are welcome.
We will start easy(relative term) for the first few weeks and by August we will be doing killer circuits and ski-walking intervals up the Trail of Tears.
If you want to get a jump on your training now, start with a few simple plyometrics and introduce some strength through push-ups, sit-ups and lunges.
Wear running shoes and bring water!
