Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 17. South southwest wind around 6 mph becoming calm.
Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 35. Calm wind becoming south southwest around 6 mph.
SKI SELECTION: soft/medium flex ski
BASE PREP: Brush 15 strokes with medium bronze brush (T162) prior to applying glide wax.
PREP GLIDE WAX: Hot scrape with CH8 or LF8 to clean and prep the base to accept the racing wax.
RACE GLIDE WAX: 2 OPTIONS: FAST & SUPER FAST
FAST: SWIX LF8 (25F to 32F)
SUPER FAST: SWIX HFBD8 (25F to 32F) with FC8 (cera F)
Apply race wax SWIX LF8 or SWIX HFBD8. Scrape and brush with Swix Medium Bronze Brush (T0162) 10 strokes. Do final brushing blue nylon (T160) 15 strokes.
